Business Planning

Business planning involves creating a long-term plan to organize the company, its personnel, and its business processes in order to pursue established growth objectives.

When developing the business plan, the firm assesses the individual company's internal capabilities and defines strategies to leverage them, with the aim of strengthening the business and achieving long-term growth in revenue and business volume.

TLF defines a comprehensive development plan for its clients that includes:

  • vision statement: definition of the aspects that will guide internal decision-making—such as the analysis of the market, competitors, and potential future developments—including the identification and analysis of the company’s strengths and critical areas;
  • mission statement: the purpose and essence of the company for achieving the mission;
  • resources: that they be within the company's reach;
  • the list of corporate objectives: the development of programs and strategies to achieve the objectives;
  • the list of strategies: useful for achieving these objectives, and any corrective measures.
