
Massimo Martinelli, Attorney at Law
A lawyer admitted to the Bar since 1996 and authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2008, he holds a law degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He was awarded a scholarship in comparative European administrative law at the University of Fribourg, obtaining the "Euro-Régions" diploma. He is also a professional mediator pursuant to Ministerial Decree 180/2010, with extensive experience in managing mediation and alternative dispute resolution procedures, as well as in providing legal counsel and handling relations with clients and opposing parties. His practice focuses on civil law—with particular, significant expertise in banking law—as well as corporate and commercial law. He also practices in the field of corporate criminal law, specifically regarding bankruptcy offenses, failure to pay social security contributions, tax crimes, workplace accident-related offenses, and environmental crimes linked to business activities. Furthermore, he assists companies and legal entities regarding corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001, providing advice and support during both the preventive and litigation phases.
